James Bell is a Solicitor, admitted 1985. He is the Managing Director of Bell Park Kerridge Limited, a Deputy District Judge (from 2002), a Member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
He has particular expertise in dealing with contract, agricultural and machinery claims. He regularly deals with disputes involving matrimonial finance, personal injury, employment, personal disputes and injunctive relief.
James has over 25 years experience of dispute resolution which means your legal problem is unlikely to be new. James specialises in the more difficult cases and has, on occasions, succeeded where other solicitors and barristers have failed.

The number of County Court Judgments (CCJs) against businesses in England and Wales fell by more than a quarter in 2010 to their lowest level in 2 decades.
A total of 150,900 Judgments were granted during the year, 27% lower than in 2009.
