Flexible Collections

We offer a comprehensive pro-active debt recovery service from the first 7 day letter to instructing High Court Enforcement Officers for enforcement purposes and beyond.

Our fee for the initial letter (including follow up) is from £2.00 plus VAT, but, the first thing we will do is look at your terms and conditions to see if they really meet your needs and, for this, there is no charge.

If the debtor fails to pay and Court proceedings are issued and the matter is undefended, we normally charge fixed costs, as set by the Court and dependent upon the amount owed.

We can issue Court proceedings online or at an efficient local Court. We will advise on the service best for you.

You can be sure we will only progress what we advise you are likely to win and, as long as you win, costs recovery is not an issue.

We are effective because we focus entirely on debt matters. Steps are taken on the same day. We cut out avoidable delay.

We act for many local and national businesses and it will be no surprise to you that we are often chasing the same people for different suppliers. We therefore know the ‘hard cases’ and have experience which allows us to get more, faster.

The hard cases know that certain firms stop once a debt becomes defended and so they will defend just to buy time and hope you will give up.

Our seemless service gives no protection for the ‘won’t pay’ debtors.

Credit Control

We realise that getting paid on time, in full and avoiding unnecessary recovery action is the real goal of any business.

We offer a full range of credit control services which can be specifically tailored to your business needs.

Invoice paid You may have an under pressure Credit Controller who requires assistance, new or inexperienced staff who require training to a complete in-house service, whatever the need we can assist, be it each week or month or simply as required.

From comprehensive company credit reports to confirmation of whether your customer has any outstanding Judgments, we can also supply you with the data you need to make an informed credit decision, all at a fixed price tailored to your requirements.

Defended Debts

If your debtor produces a defence then we will advise individually on each case as to what is needed.

It can range from:

Applying for Summary Judgment where the debtor has no prospects of success; or
Advising you about the prospects of success and how to achieve the best outcome. If you do not have reasonable prospects of success, we will not hesitate so to advise you.

We have the skills to progress any case which has reasonable prospects of success and we rarely lose.
