Who we are
UK Debt Recovery is a trading name of Bell Park Kerridge Limited, Solicitors based in Carlisle and Cockermouth, Cumbria.
We are Solicitors and not a so-called 'debt collection agency'. We are therefore able to deal with all aspects of debt collection and credit control, including defended and more complex cases. We deal with cases all over the UK and beyond, offering a seemless 'under one roof' service to all clients.
How does it work?
A broad outline of the process is:
- Letter of claim - including follow up from £2.00 plus VAT.
- Court action - If the debtor fails to pay and proceedings are issued, we ask you to pay the Court fees but usually there are no other charges.
- No hidden extras.
- No set up charges.
- No commissions or percentage charges.
