How does it work?

A broad outline of the process is:
  • Letter of claim - including follow up £20.00 plus VAT.
  • Court action - If the debtor fails to pay and proceedings are issued, we ask you to pay the Court fees but usually there are no other charges.
  • No hidden extras.
  • No set up charges.
  • No commissions or percentage charges.

Defended Debts

If the Defendant produces a Defence then we will advise individually on each case what is needed. It can range from:
  • Applying for Summary Judgment where the Defendant has no real prospects of success; to
  • Advising you about the prospects of success and how to achieve the best outcome; if you do not have reasonable prospects of success, we will not hesitate to so advise you.
We have the skills to progress any case which has reasonable prospects of success and we rarely lose
